The issues of privacy, financial responsibility and household duties and sharing were things I didn’t think enough about but this book brought to the fore. By seeing how so many other specific situations dealt with those issues, I was able to tailor my options to our situation. After studying with this book and doing all that was recommended for six months, my mother moved in. It has been 6 months and 3 days since she got here and we’ve been doing great! When the inevitable differences crop up, I’ve been able to use what I learned in this book to help resolve it well and to both of our satisfaction.
